LinkedIn Legacy Audit

Kimberlite
is named
after the
rarest rock.

25 years later, the work reflects that. The LinkedIn does not.

02What the world sees

When someone looks you up,
here is what exists.

And yet — the headline reads
"Founder and Creative Director."

The same four words used by someone who opened a design studio last month.

The decision-makers building the next chapter of this region are on LinkedIn right now. They are looking for exactly what you offer. Most of them will scroll past without knowing you exist.

Not because the work is not there. Because the presence has not been built to match it.

03LinkedIn Banner

The first impression.
Before a word is read.

The banner sits above your profile photo. It is the first visual impression. Right now yours is blank — a missed opportunity every time someone lands on your profile.

In under three seconds this banner tells a decision-maker exactly what you do, where you do it, and at what scale. That is the only job a banner needs to do.

04Headline Rewrite

Four words.
Or the truth.

Current
Founder & Creative director Kimberlite Design Group
Recommended
"I translate the cultural identity of the GCC into brand, spatial, and experiential design that outlasts the project it was built for."
Founder, Kimberlite Design Group · 25 years

This is the headline of someone who has shaped how governments, brands, and spaces in this region present themselves to the world. Because that is exactly what you have done.

Your story.
In your own words.

Kimberlite Design Group

I have spent 25 years doing one thing. Finding the extraordinary hidden inside the ordinary.

The brand that does not yet know what it could become. The space that has not found its identity. The event that needs to be remembered long after the last guest has left.

I started at the Académie Libanaise des Beaux-Arts in Belgium, studying graphic and interior design. I left understanding one thing clearly. Design is not decoration. It is transformation.

I brought that belief to Qatar and built Kimberlite Design Group from it — a creative institution spanning three disciplines, led by senior specialists, working across five countries.

In 2022 I was honoured to win Qatar Tourism's Iconic Limousine Competition. Recognition of something I have believed since the beginning. When design is done with precision and purpose, it does not just look good. It lasts.

25 years. Three studios. Five countries. One philosophy.

If you are a decision-maker looking for a creative partner who understands what this region is building — this is where that conversation starts.

Three pins.
Three questions answered.

Every decision-maker asks the same three questions before they reach out: Have you done serious work. Has anyone recognised it. How do I reach you.

01
Qatar Emiri Air Force Event
Creative direction at government level. The moment a decision-maker sees this, the conversation about your credentials ends before it begins.
02
Qatar Tourism Iconic Limousine Competition — Winner, 2022
National recognition for creative excellence. Awards eliminate doubt before a single conversation begins. This pin earns trust before you open your mouth.
03
Let's Build Something That Lasts
Every person who reaches this pin is already sold. Give them one action. Nothing else.

07Five Posts Worth Writing

Not suggestions.
Posts that change everything.

These are the posts that make the right person stop scrolling and reach out before you have even asked.

01
I named my company after the rarest volcanic rock on earth. The one that produces diamonds. Here is what 25 years of building Kimberlite taught me about why that name matters more today than the day I chose it.
Nobody knows this story. One post and every reader understands what Kimberlite actually is — before a single service is mentioned.
02
I designed an event for the Qatar Emiri Air Force. Here is what that project taught me about what serious clients actually need — and what most studios get completely wrong.
Government-level work is the most powerful credibility signal in the GCC. This post alone separates Kimberlite from every other creative studio in Qatar.
03
25 years in creative direction taught me one thing no design school has ever taught anyone. Clients do not hire designers. They hire certainty.
Wisdom from genuine depth. This is the post that attracts exactly the high-value decision-maker who needs what you offer.
04
I have delivered creative work in Qatar, Dubai, Lebanon, France, and Egypt. The one thing that separates brands that travel across cultures from ones that do not is not what most people think.
Multi-country perspective is rare. This positions you far beyond a local studio.
05
In 2022 I won Qatar Tourism's most prestigious design competition. I almost did not enter. Here is what changed my mind — and what winning taught me about how the GCC recognises creative excellence.
Vulnerability plus achievement. The combination that stops the scroll. This post alone would double the following.

08The Gap

The institution you have built
deserves a presence that matches it.

That is not a reflection of the work. It is a reflection of a gap — between the institution that has been built, and the world that does not yet know it exists.

Not more content. Not more followers. A presence that finally reflects 25 years of building something extraordinary.
